Although my experience was brief.  It was truly an awesome experience. Steven Hunt gave me VIP SERVICE. ON TOP OF THAT, he was an excellent teacher. I was going through alot of 1st. Situations that I had no experience in. Not only did he give his all in what I was trying to get, but he shared his expertise knowledge with me as well. All this VIP TREATMENT all around his wedding weekend. I can't brag on Steven Hunt enough.  It took time out for me, all around the same time he was getting ready to get married. So for someone to got out of there way like that for someone that they don't even know. And wasn't gonna make big money by helping me. That's a person I can trust and you can too. I initially thought in Sept of 2021 using some specific Veteran Lender that was going to be the cream of the crop when it came to crushing this real estate market and getting what we needed, i have never been more incorrect. The loan officer i had was on vacation when i found a house and wanted to purchase but for 2 weeks could not make contact as she was out of country. needless to say that deal did not fall through. Ended up on the phone with Steven and i knew right from the get go, i had a 'Tom Brady' in my arsenal -  (call him and you will know exactly what i'm talking about!) He was able to get me financed for a greater dollar amount which was absolutely unexpected and desired and when i was having technical issues uploading documents i was able to text pics of everything i could not do online ( tbh i ended up just taking pictures of everything cause he made it so easy in being willing to do so for us ) you know, ive always been told 'oh call me anytime' yeah yeah that never goes to plan right, like when you actually need something you call whom ever made that statement and  what do ya know, no answer..Steven is truly at your disposal when ever needed even more so, he called me from while on vacay OUT OF THE COUNTRY! to address things while we were in escrow, like who the heck does that - def not that other entity google wont let me disclose, i know first hand there. Then i get a phone call a week later or so and Stevens in between flights to call and say hey Chris, interest rates just dropped i'm gonna lock you in at a better rate! like instantly mind blown right! that happened twice! mind you, interest rates are terrible at this moment and all these other lenders are marketing there over inflated interest rates like its the holy grail - Steven knew all too well and honestly took care of us, pure strangers... like family. dont deny yourself the hardest working, most thoughtful, caring and passionate lender your going to find. Here is why I chose Him over A Credit Union. He was very quick to reply to my request and help me along through the process. I would submit items that he requested in and he would send it over to the lender or underwriter that same day. I could get a hold of him anytime of the day and on weekend also. I didn't have that type of service with A Credit Union. I dropped the Credit Union in like 3 days, and bet my luck on Him, He did a wonderful job helping me through out the process. Whenever there was a problem he already had a few solution for me. Gave me the best option so that I could get the best rate as possible in this crazy market. I bid on 12 different house and he was always on top of it with the Desktop Underwriting (DU). If you need someone on your side to help you get through this stressful mess of buying a house.
